BARLEY BREAKFAST WITH GOJI BERRIES
Healthy breakfast with the right amount of carbohydrates and protein to start your day.
- ¾ Cup Barley
- 2 Medjool Dates
- 1/2 scoop Whole Foods and Fitness protein meal
- 1 oz Walnut
- 1 Tablespoon Goji berries
- ½ Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Soy/Almond unsweetened milk
- Add Barley and milk in a glass bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and enjoy.
