Date Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients

½ cup Oatmeal
● 1 Unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
● ½ scoop Whole Foods and Fitness Meal
Protein
● 1 Medjool Dates
● 1 tbsp Almond butter
● ½ Banana
● Blueberries(Optional)
● Dark chocolate chunks(Optional)

Preparation

1. Soak oatmeal and banana overnight.
2. Warm the oatmeal for 1 minute, add
protein meal and mix.
3. In a blender, add dates and almond butter
and blend until smooth.
4. Add unsweetened yogurt and date
mixture to oatmeal.
5. Sprinkle dark chocolate and blueberries
6. Enjoy

Tips

Add 3-5 tablespoons of water to the date and
almond butter mixture.
