Protein Meal Replacement
- 2 cup dried Papaya
- 1 cup Tiger Nuts/Shredded Coconut
- ⅔ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- ½ cup Oatmeal
- Cacao powder (optional)
- Matcha powder(optional)
- Maca powder (optional)
Soak dried papaya in water for 30
Add tiger nuts to food processor and
blend until smooth and place into a large
Add papaya and oatmeal to food
processor and blend until almost
smooth(with a bit of chucks).
Add blended papaya to tiger nuts
Add applesauce, protein meal and slowly
Roll into 55 grams balls and roll in
Refrigerate truffles for 2 hours.
Add applesauce to the mixture slowly.
