Protein Truffles

Ready in 3 hours
Serves 4 people
Yields 6-8 truffles

Ingredients

  • 2-3 scoops Whole foods and Fitness
    Protein Meal Replacement
  • 2 cup dried Papaya
  • 1 cup Tiger Nuts/Shredded Coconut
  • ⅔ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • ½ cup Oatmeal
  • Cacao powder (optional)
  • Matcha powder(optional)
  • Maca powder (optional)

Preparation

Soak dried papaya in water for 30
minutes.

Add tiger nuts to food processor and
blend until smooth and place into a large
bowl.

Add papaya and oatmeal to food
processor and blend until almost
smooth(with a bit of chucks).

Add blended papaya to tiger nuts
mixture.

Add applesauce, protein meal and slowly
hand mix.

Roll into 55 grams balls and roll in
chocolate/matcha/maca powder.

Refrigerate truffles for 2 hours.

Tips

Add applesauce to the mixture slowly.
