Makes 6 pancakes


● 1 cup Buckwheat pancake mix
● ¾ tbsp winter spice
● 1-2 cups water
● ½ cup coconut palm sugar
● Chucks of chocolate(optional)
● Molasses
● ¼ cup hemp protein
● Pecans(optional)

Buckwheat Pancake mix
● 1 cup buckwheat flour
● ½ whole wheat flour
● ¼ cup rice flour
● 4g baking powder(double acting)


1. In a large bowl, add pancake mix, spice,
Sugar, hemp protein, and ½ cup water.
2. Mix and add water slowing until the mixture is a bit runny.
3. Add pancake mix to the pan and cook 1
minute on each side.
