Whole foods plant-based soups and the chilly winter season goes well hand in hand. Especially soups made with winter vegetables, they just warm you up very nicely. Pumpkin and sweet potatoes are my favorites soup vegetables. We do have a farm less than a mile from our house.
Oil-free, fresh ingredients, and delicious pesto that is very quick and straightforward to make. This delicious and flavorful pesto is excellent as a pizza or pasta sauces or even a dip. I skip the oil because they do not add flavor to the pesto.
