Roasted Peppers Recipe

Ready in 30 minutes
Serves 5 people

Ingredients

● 3 large Bell Peppers
● 3 Tempeh, sliced
● ⅓ cup Pine Nuts
● ¼ cup sliced onion
● 3 pieces of garlic
● 1 tsp rosemary
● 1 tsp sage
● ½ tsp thyme
● ½ tsp Black pepper
● 1 tbsp sugar
● ¼ cup Sunflower oil
● Sriracha & green peppers (Optional)

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 525 degrees . Place bell
peppers and sliced tempeh on a different
baking pan and roast for 25 minutes.
2. Add onion, garlic, pine nuts, spices, and
sunflower oil in a blender. Blend until
smooth and set aside.
3. Take bell peppers and tempeh out of the
oven. Slice peppers into cubes and place
in a large bowl with the tempeh.
4. Add the blended spices to the peppers &
tempeh & bowl and mix.
5. Add sugar and mix.
6. Add salt to taste.
7. Sprinkle green peppers and sriracha
