A straightforward and tasty entree that only takes 25 minutes and tastes delicious.

  • 20 ounces 100% whole wheat linguine
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon toasted sesame seed oil
  • 2 tablespoon liquid amino soy sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoon roasted peanut
  • 3 Thai peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 3 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • scallions, to garnish
  1. In a large pot, add water and boil linguine for 15 minutes or until soft
  2. While linguine is cooking
  3. In a large frying pan, add sliced peppers, ginger, and garlic
  4. Saute until light brown
  5. In a small bowl combine peanut, soy sauce, and sesame seed oil and mix
  6. Add strained linguine and peanut sauce to the large frying pan with peppers, ginger, and garlic
  7. Toss and turn
  8. Add carrots and cilantro and toss
  9. Add more soy sauce if not enough
  10. No salt is needed
