BELL PEPPER SALSA FRESCA

A mild hot Salsa Fresca with whole foods ingredient, heart-healthy benefits, and delicious taste that adds flavor to every meal.

  • 5-7 Large Organic Tomatoes
  • 4-5 Large Jalapenos
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Large Yellow Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Grated Garlic
  • ⅛ Cup Grated Ginger
  • 2 Cups Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 Lime Juice
  • Salt to taste
  1. Wash bell Pepper, tomatoes, and jalapenos in a large bowl
  2. Slice all the ingredients above and remove the seeds
  3. Carefully slice all three ingredients into cubes, the smaller, the better
  4. Dice onion into cubes
  5. Grate garlic and ginger
  6. Place all ingredients in the same bowl
  7. Add 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  8. Slice lime and squeeze the juice into the bowl
  9. Add half of the salsa to a blender
  10. Blend until almost liquid
  11. Add them back to the bowl and stir
  12. Cover and put in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours
  13. Add chopped cilantro
  14. Salt to taste
