Serves 3 people

Ingredients

● 2 cups superfood slaw(brussels sprouts,
napa cabbage, kohlrabi, broccoli, carrots,
& kale)
● ½ cup shredded carrots
● ½ cup shredded red cabbage
● 1 can of chickpeas(drained)
● 1-2 tbsp flaxseed oil
● 2-3 tbsp agave nectar
● 2 tbsp hot mustard
● 1-3 tbsp red wine vinegar
● 1 hearts of romaine
● 1 organic apple(sliced)
● Salt(optional)

Preparation

1. In a small bowl, a mustard, agave nectar,
flaxseed oil, red wine vinegar, and mix.
2. In a large bowl, combine all the other
ingredients(slaw, apples, chickpeas,
carrots, red cabbage).
3. Peel romaine and set aside
4. Mix dressing with the slaw and mix
slowly.

Tips

This meal is best eaten fresh.
