Slightly sweet, whole foods and delicious vegetable take 15 munites to make.

  • 2-3 lbs fresh green beans
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Coconut butter
  • Salt to taste
  1. Place 3-4 cups of water in the cooking pot at a high heat
  2. Add 1-2 tablespoon of coconut butter, microwave for 20 seconds and set aside
  3. Wash and rinse green beans and set aside
  4. Add green beans to the cooking pot
  5. Combine ice cubes and water in a bowl and set aside
  6. Cook green beans for 10 minutes high heat
  7. Strain green beans and put in an ice bath for 3-5 munites
  8. Strain again and pat the beans to remove excess water
  9. Mix green beans and melted coconut butter in a large bowl
  10. Add salt to taste
