FRESH ROSEMARY RYE BERRIES SALAD

 

Plant-based rye berries salad with a hearty taste that only takes 20 minutes to make.

  • 1 Cup Rye berries (Cooked)
  • 1 Medium cucumber (Slightly peeled and cubed)
  • ½ Bell Pepper (Diced)
  • ½ Small Onion (Diced)
  • ⅔ Cup Walnuts or any nuts of your chosen
  • 14 oz can garbanzo beans
  • ½ Cup Corn
  • 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Agave nectar
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh rosemary (Diced)
  1. In a large pan, combine all ingredients except flax seed oil and agave nectar
  2. Stir a couple of times to make they are all mixed
  3. Add flaxseed oil and agave nectar
  4. Salt to taste
