SUN-DRIED TOMATO HUMMUS – BEST HOMEMADE HUMMUS

 

Sun-dried tomato hummus is a quick and easy recipe filled with flavor, healthy fats, and protein.

  • 3 Cup Chickpea
  • 2 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 5 Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • ½ Cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Roasted Garlic
  • 11/2 Tablespoons Cumin
  • Salt to taste
  1. Place all ingredients in your high power blender
  2. Blend till the required texture is reached
  3. Add the salt to the last mixing cycle
  4. Taste for consistency
