ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS
An easy recipe with a slight sweetness and great aroma from the dill weed and Coconut butter.
- 4 cups Brussel Sprouts
- 1 cup whole garlic
- ½ tsp Dill weed
- 1 tbsp Coconut butter
- Salt to taste
- Basel
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and put parch paper on a baking sheet
- Slice sprouts in half and peel garlic
- Bake Brussel Sprouts and garlic for 20 minutes
- Combine roasted Garlic and Sprouts in a bowl
- Add coconut butter and toss
- Combine dill weed and toss
- Salt to taste
- Garnish with basil leaves
