ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS

An easy recipe with a slight sweetness and great aroma from the dill weed and Coconut butter.

  • 4 cups Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 cup whole garlic
  • ½ tsp Dill weed
  • 1 tbsp Coconut butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Basel
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and put parch paper on a baking sheet
  2. Slice sprouts in half and peel garlic
  3. Bake Brussel Sprouts and garlic for 20 minutes
  4. Combine roasted Garlic and Sprouts in a bowl
  5. Add coconut butter and toss
  6. Combine dill weed and toss
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Garnish with basil leaves
