  • 1 stick sliced/grated carrots
  • ½ cup Cherries
  • 1 Medjool date
  • ½ cup Ice
  • 8-10 oz water/dairy-free milk

Preparation

  • Add all ingredient to a blender and blend
    until smooth.

Tips

Avoid adding ice if using frozen cherries,
