Maca-Berry-Shake

Ready in less than 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • ½ medium banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberry
  • 1-2 medjool date
  • 1 scoop WholeFoods & Fitness Powder
  • ½ ginger powder
  • 8-10 oz unsweetened non-dairy milk/water

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Tips

Add ice cubes if strawberry is not frozen
