  • 1 tsp Tumeric
  • 1 medium banana
  • 8-10 oz Dairy-Free milk/ Water
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 scoop WWF Protein Meal Replacement

Preparation

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients and blender until smooth.
