- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup blackberries
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop Wholefoods & Fitness protein meal powder
- Pinch pumpkin spice(optional)
- 8-10 ounces water/dairy-free milk
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Might have to blend more than once to fully due to the seeds in the blackberries.
