Pumpkin-&-Blackbery-Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop Wholefoods & Fitness protein meal powder
  • Pinch pumpkin spice(optional)
  • 8-10 ounces water/dairy-free milk

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Tips

Might have to blend more than once to fully due to the seeds in the blackberries.
