Delightful, whole grain, and simple scones that would be perfect for breakfast

  • 3 Cups Whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 Cup Brown rice flour
  • 11/4 Cup Date sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut butter
  • 2-3 Cups Blueberry
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon extract
  • 2 Tbsp Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp Baking powder
  • 1-2 Cups Nondairy Milk
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine flaxseed and two tablespoons of warm water and set aside
  3. Combine and mix all ingredients except for blueberries in a large bowl
  4. Add blueberries and flax egg and mix
  5. Pour into scones bakeware
  6. Sprinkle some date sugar on top
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
