Straightforward and healthy sweet snack with whole foods ingredient without added sugars.

  • 2-1 Cups Oatmeal
  • 12 – 15 Medjool dates
  • ½ Cups Organic Hemp Protein Powder
  • ½ Cups Walnut
  • ⅔ Cups 100% chocolate, melted
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon flavor
  • 1 Tbsp Water (Optional)
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor
  2. Process for 5-7 minutes
  3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
  4. Pour the processed ingredients into the pan and pat down until even across and set aside
  5. Melt the chocolate and slowly pour on the components in the pan
  6. Spread across and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes
  7. Take it out and slowly slice into cubes

Add 1 tablespoon of water if the processed ingredients do not bind together
