A nutritious, high energy bar with plant-based Whole Foods and Fitness protein meal is perfect as a snack. All plant-based ingredient, protein, and flavored with natural pumpkin spice.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredient in a food processor.
  2. Blend for until all ingredients are mixed, but not smooth.
  3. Remove mixture and shape into a desired shape.
  4. Place in the freezer until hard, but not frozen.
  5. Slice into rectangles and keep them in the refrigerator.

Tips

Add the pumpkin puree slowing because too much might the mixer watery.
