TIGER NUT HIGH ENERGY BAR
A nutritious, high energy bar with plant-based Whole Foods and Fitness protein meal is perfect as a snack. All plant-based ingredient, protein, and flavored with natural pumpkin spice.
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup almonds
- ½ cup tiger nuts/unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 scoops of Whole Foods and Fitness protein meal replacement
- ⅓ cup ground coffee
- ½ cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredient in a food processor.
- Blend for until all ingredients are mixed, but not smooth.
- Remove mixture and shape into a desired shape.
- Place in the freezer until hard, but not frozen.
- Slice into rectangles and keep them in the refrigerator.
Add the pumpkin puree slowing because too much might the mixer watery.
