AFRICAN WAT SPICES

  • 2 Tablespoon Chili peppers
  • ½ Nutmeg
  • 2 Tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoon Ground hot chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Black peppercorn
  • 1 Tablespoon Whole cloves
  1. Place all the ingredients except nutmeg in a coffee grinder
  2. Grind for 3 minutes
  3. Strain and grate the nutmeg
  4. Combine and grind for a minute
  5. The spice mixture will keep in an airtight container or jar for 2 months
